Field Notes examine why a Signal, image, place, or date remains connected to the others. They separate what can be observed from what is remembered, inferred, or still unresolved.
Field Notes Register
Each note keeps its own number and remains beside the records it examines. Later evidence may revise the reading without rewriting the original record.
